Do You have a guest policy?
Yes, Guests are welcome! There is a $15 guest fee and they must be 14 years or older & have a valid drivers license every time they come in as a guest. Additionally, they must have a member present with them each time. We also have free guest days so make sure your email is up to date and follow us on social media to find out when they happen!
How old do you have to be to use the equipment?
You must be 14 years or older to use any of the pieces of equipment in the club (ie. free-weights, treadmills, ellipticals, etc.)
What is included in your membership options?
All of our membership options include everything in the gym, with the exception of Healthy Back & Neck and Personal Trainers. In addition to everything in the gym, your children & grandchildren are free under your account until their 19th birthday!
Do I have to be a member to use the Healthy Back & Neck program?
You do not have to be a member to participate in the Healthy Back & Neck program! Call, stop in, or use the contact us form at the bottom of the page to inquire about our Healthy Back & Neck Program.
Do you offer family Memberships?
Children & Grandchildren are free until their 19th birthday! Every adult must have their own membership.
Do I have to sign up for classes?
The only way to guarantee a spot in class is to reserve ahead of time. You can sign up at the front desk, over the phone, or via our member portal online. Reservations can only be made up to one day in advance.
How do I sign up for a lap lane and how long is the reservation for?
You can sign up at the front desk or over the phone. Reservations can only be made up to one day in advance. There are four spots available for lap reservations. A lap lane reservation is for 30 minutes at a time.
What is the Cancer Well-fit Program?
The cancer well fit program is a 3 month membership that is entirely FREE for cancer patients or people recovering from cancer treatment. Call, stop in, or use the contact us form at the bottom of the page to inquire more about the Cancer Well-fit Program.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes we do! Any active Military or Veteran is eligible for a discount when they provide valid Military ID. Call, stop in, or use the contact us form at the bottom of the page to inquire about our military and veteran options.
Do you offer Police/Corrections/Fire/EMT Discounts?

If I go away can I place my account on hold?
Yes! Your rate will switch to $6 biweekly for the time you are on a hold. Please give us one weeks notice for any changes to your account. You can use the “contact us” form at the bottom of the page to notify us to put your account on hold.
Do you participate with any insurance companies?
We are not affiliated nor deal directly with any Insurance companies. However, we can provide you with any information on your membership to give to your insurance (ie. Usage, receipt of payment, etc.).
